Feel Good Flow

Our Classical Pilates done on the Allegro Reformers. You will be taught all the principles of Pilates as a movement system. This class incorporates movements that “feel good”, while increasing muscle tone, stability and core strength. Much like your traditional Pilates experience, with our twist of “flow” which will keep your body moving through the entire workout.

Powerformer

An exclusive "Pilates + Weight Training" experience, done on our patent-pending Powerformer machines. This will quickly build you muscular strength, toning and bone density. It is much lower impact on the joints than traditional weightlifting. We'll help you choose the right weight to get the results you want.

Personal Training

A fully customized one on one, hour long session focused on your personal goal. Whether it is an injury that needs tending to or the extra push you need to hit a goal. A personal training session can help you get the individualized attention you and your body need.
